Things you should know about our unit:

Main floor living room

Coat Closet

In between Living room and Kitchen is the Half Bath and Pantry

Pantry
Lots of storage space, recently caulked and painted inside very clean
Half Bath
This is SUPER convenient to have on the main floor!
Kitchen
I removed the upper cabinet doors, we still have them if you want them back on not a problem. New light fixtures, appliances, laminate wood flooring, and hardware on the cabinets. The island adds a lot more working space, if you are interested in it let me know, and will work out a deal. It's solid wood with a marble counter-top

Bead board around most of the kitchen.

New white refrigerator.
Newer white gas range/stove

Master Bedroom
2 larger windows, refinished hardwood flooring, nice big closet, biggest room of the 3, we have a king sized bed and there is still plenty of room for a dresser and night stands

Lots of room to hang your clothes
Opposite side of bed, you could easily put a dresser here.
Full Bath
New light fixture and medicine cabinet.
Second Bedroom
This is another nice bright room with two large windows, have 2inch white wood blinds.
Refinished hardwood flooring, nice spacious closet.
We just have a twin sized bed in here but this room could easily handle a queen or 2 twins.

Third Bedroom
This room has one large window, hardwood floors, and a nice sized closet. This room is the smallest of the three but we easily fit our queen sized bed.
Closet is a decent size as well.

Hallway linen closet
It does have a bi-fold doors, but i removed them...yes, people think I'm crazy but I promise you will never have a dis organized closet this way ;) same thing with the open cabinets in the kitchen. But I know I'm probably the weird one so I do still have all the doors, just let me know what you prefer and we can easily put them all back :)
A view of the hallway from the 3rd bedroom doorway.
You can see the new light fixtures here.

The stair way to the main level
This is a shot from standing at the top of the stairs...the door on the far right is the Master, the next door is the Bathroom and then the 2 Bedroom, and the 3 bedroom is the one on the far left. It gives you the idea of the layout upstairs.

Carpet in great condition, we had new carpet installed when we first moved in. In case your wondering there is hardwood on the stairs that could be refinished if you would like, we just have a little girl that we didn't want falling down hard stairs other wise we would have had the stairs refinished as well.

The Basement family room
Same carpet as the two stair cases, recessed lighting with a dimmer installed.

The door in the picture below leads to the basement storage area/laundry. I have yet to take pictures there. I will hopefully be able to asap.
